Timetable and much more
Timetable's ready, readings are confirmedonly four weeks left! After the beach had already turned black at the end of October, it is now time again to continue our legend in the usual month of May.
We are moving forward with good news regarding the hygiene rules and can announce that the state of Schleswig-Holstein has fully implemented the easing proposed by the federal government. We do not expect the district (Oldenburg in Holstein) to be declared a hotspot and are therefore pleased that the Plage Noire can now (almost) take place as before the pandemic.
Nevertheless, we make a very clear recommendation: wear a mouth and nose cover indoors, stick to the cough and sneeze etiquette, wash and disinfect your hands regularly.
But let's get back to the festival spectacle itself: In addition to the expansion of the Le Bazar shopping mile and the medieval market, we still have a lot of supporting program to announce and today we also present you the timetable for this year's festival.
The Foreign Resort will catch your eye at this point, stepping in for Massive Ego, who unfortunately had to cancel their performance at the festival. We are very happy that we were able to win the trio from Denmark, with their melodic and atmospherically dense post punk/new wave mixture, for our line-up.
In addition to the after-show DJs who will accompany you into the night from Thursday evening, we look forward to fashion walks, body painting, autograph sessions (see below) and other attractions and surprises.
Markus Kavka, who will be reading from his book “Depeche Mode”, will be visiting us for the first time. The further reading is denied by Christian von Aster, an old and highly esteemed acquaintance whose works have always taken you to foreign realms.
There are still a few day and combination tickets available. Come and dance with us on the black beach. We look forward to you!
